This is the perfect fit for you
• You have completed vocational training as an industrial mechanic, mechatronics technician or a comparable qualification, ideally with further training as a master craftsman or technician
• You have experience in dealing with technically demanding production processes
• You proceed analytically and in a structured manner when finding solutions
• You have willingness to travel (50%)
• You are characterized by your high quality awareness and independent way of working
• You have a good command of English

• Commissioning, maintenance and repair of customized placement machines
• Processing of service requests, error analysis and identification of spare parts via online query
• Preparation and calculation of spare parts offers and cost estimates
• Responsibility for spare parts management (calculation, pricing, customer advice)
• Participate in the development of new customer applications
• Execution of tests and first sample assemblies

• Bearbeitung von Serviceanfragen, Fehleranalyse und Identifikation von Ersatzteilen via Online-Abfrage
• Erstellung und Kalkulation von Ersatzteilangeboten und Kostenvoranschlägen
• Verantwortung über das Ersatzteilmanagement (Kalkulation, Preisgestaltung, Kundenberatung)
• Teilnahme an der Entwicklung neuer Kundenapplikationen
• Durchführung von Versuchen und ersten Musterbestückungen
