• Idea generator for development and improvement projects in mechanical engineering for self-developed special machines, for existing production lines and contact components
• Redesign of production facilities through in-house development and with the involvement of external parties
• Team leader of a 5 person development team (design, process development, project management)
• Responsibility for CE conformity, specifications and development budget
• Technical sales support for customer projects internally and externally
• Guidance of the team in failure analysis, CIP- process, development of new customer applications, test execution and sample production
