• Order processing: Entry in ERP system, internal follow-up (production/purchasing) and confirmation to customers
• Processing and recording of delivery schedules and maintenance of customer portals
• Shipping processing incl. preparation of export documents - customs knowledge an advantage
• Filing and assignment of the processed transactions
• Master data maintenance (ERP system)
• Customer service via mail & phone (domestic and international)
Deutsch
• Auftragsabwicklung: Erfassung in ERP-System, interne Weiterverfolgung (Produktion/Einkauf) und Bestätigung an Kunden
• Bearbeitung und Erfassung von Lieferplänen und Pflege der Kundenportale
• Versandabwicklung inkl. Erstellung der Ausfuhrdokumente – Zollkenntnisse von Vorteil
• Ablage und Zuordnung der abgewickelten Vorgänge
• Stammdatenpflege (ERP-System)
• Kundenbetreuung via Mail & Telefon (In- und Ausland)
