WHAT WE DO

Autosplice is a global manufacturer involved in design engineering, precision metal stamping, injection molding, custom automation and manufacturing of state-of-the-art products for the automotive, medical, telecom and other major industries. We are passionate about developing innovative interconnect solutions for our customers.

01 / AUTOMOTIVE

Autosplice can offer sub-assembly services with PCBA, terminals, and molding to support your specific industry through one supplier.

We provide TS16949 certified advanced electronic interconnect solutions to automotive manufacturers and have become an integral player in the development of new innovations and designs to meet dynamically evolving requirements.

03 / INDUSTRIAL

We design and manufacture reliable and cost-effective connectors and assemblies for the automated meter and controls industries, thus providing reliable electronic solutions for critical data monitoring systems.

02 / TRANSPORTATION

We offer a wide range of standard and custom products from simple headers to complex solutions.

Our capabilities also include the manufacturing of heavy copper, power distribution printed circuit board assemblies with Autosplice interconnect technology that is currently used in the harsh environment of the transportation and heavy equipment industries.

04 / MEDICAL

Autosplice offers a multitude of solutions for the medical market including RFI shielding products, battery contacts, stampings, molded interconnects and complex assemblies.

PRODUCTS

Press-fit terminals and pins

Press-fit solutions provide our customers with solderless, internally powerful, gas-tight connections. Press-fit terminals are assembled onto PCB via high-speed insertion machines.

Stamped terminals and pins

Autosplice stamping  products are ranging from .001″ (.0254mm) to .060″ (1.524mm) thick in the following alloys including, but not limited to Phosphor Bronze, Beryllium Copper, Copper, Nickel-Silver, Stainless Steel, Brass.

Drawn wire pin technology is a total process solution that offers a large variety of end-to-end pin sizes, types and features along with a continuous packaging format compatibility with high speed automation.

Press-fit and solder tail continuous molded headers

AutoHeader™ connector products are continuously molded and supplied in reeled format to be cut-to-size and for placement onto PC boards. Press-fit terminations are available in a wide range of pin and blade sizes.

High Speed Terminal Insertion Machines

Our insertion machines are available in single-head or dual-head configurations, offering an ideal combination of flexibility and throughput for high-mix and high-volume production environments.

wire to component splice connection

Splicing a.k.a. crimping is a proven technology that solves assembly challenges where soldering is inadequate due to vibration, susceptibility to pull forces, fatigue or other usability factors.

Surface-mount technology (SMT) is a method for producing electronic circuits in which the components are mounted or placed directly onto the surface of printed circuit boards (PCBs).

The all-new 0.4 mm EON press-fit zone is designed to work with the now industry-standard plated-through-hole size of 0.60±0.05 mm. The press-fit zone achieves optimum retention strength at each end of the PTH size range.

A 0.4 mm version is currently undergoing testing and is scheduled for release in the first quarter, 2019.
