Celebrating 70 years of Innovation
PRODUCTS
Press-fit solutions provide our customers with solderless, internally powerful, gas-tight connections. Press-fit terminals are assembled onto PCB via high-speed insertion machines.
Autosplice stamping products are ranging from .001″ (.0254mm) to .060″ (1.524mm) thick in the following alloys including, but not limited to Phosphor Bronze, Beryllium Copper, Copper, Nickel-Silver, Stainless Steel, Brass.
Drawn wire pin technology is a total process solution that offers a large variety of end-to-end pin sizes, types and features along with a continuous packaging format compatibility with high speed automation.
AutoHeader™ connector products are continuously molded and supplied in reeled format to be cut-to-size and for placement onto PC boards. Press-fit terminations are available in a wide range of pin and blade sizes.
Our insertion machines are available in single-head or dual-head configurations, offering an ideal combination of flexibility and throughput for high-mix and high-volume production environments.
Splicing a.k.a. crimping is a proven technology that solves assembly challenges where soldering is inadequate due to vibration, susceptibility to pull forces, fatigue or other usability factors.
Surface-mount technology (SMT) is a method for producing electronic circuits in which the components are mounted or placed directly onto the surface of printed circuit boards (PCBs).

The all-new 0.4 mm EON press-fit zone is designed to work with the now industry-standard plated-through-hole size of 0.60±0.05 mm. The press-fit zone achieves optimum retention strength at each end of the PTH size range.
A 0.4 mm version is currently undergoing testing and is scheduled for release in the first quarter, 2019.
