In his 30-year career in the interconnect industry, Ken has managed every area of the business, from marketing and manufacturing to product development and strategic management. He previously served as Vice President of Global Business Development and President, Advanced Connector Solutions Group for Autosplice.
Jeff Cartwright
CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
Prior to joining Autosplice, Jeff served as Chief Financial Officer at Pacific Consolidated Industries, CFO at Anacomp and CFO at New Horizons Worldwide. He has held financial management roles at various companies including SOLA Optical, Borg-Warner Security and Emerson Electric.
Joseph Chia
MANAGING DIRECTOR, AUTOSPLICE ASIA PACIFIC
Mr. Chia has been the General Manager and President of Autosplice Asia responsible for the start-up of Autosplice Dongguan, China in 2004. Since 2010, Joseph has led Autosplice’s Asia Pacific sales team as Vice President of Sales, covering Japan, Korea, China and rest of Asia.
Takeshi Yoshikawa
DIRECTOR, JAPAN & KOREA OPERATIONS
Takeshi has spent over 20 years in the electronics component industry. He joined Autosplice in 1999 as Japan finance manager and extended his overall role to Korea operations as business manager of both entities. He is also responsible for finance and administration departments for all of Autosplice Asia.
Patrick Frank
MANAGING DIRECTOR, AUTOSPLICE EUROPE
Patrick has over 25 years of excellent experiences in the automotive division. There he took over several leadership roles as factory manager, service director and director R&D. Based on his strong quality experience he started at Autosplice as director quality to move to the new IATF standard.

Shawn O'Callaghan
VP of Sales & Marketing
Shawn has over 30 years of experience in the automotive industry with a strong background in electronics, safety, and infotainment. He has held positions in Purchasing, Program Management, Marketing and Sales. His strong background in building teams which provide outstanding customer support make Shawn an excellent addition to our executive management team. He is responsible for Sales and Marketing in the North American region.

Jorge has over 15 years of experience with strong background in Manufacturing Engineering, Program and Product Management. Jorge also has significant experience supporting his clients’ needs in the electromechanical industry.

Josh has over 17 years of electronics experience with a focus on supporting the Automotive industry. He has held positions as Field Sales Engineer, Account Manager and Program Manager at various companies. Josh has a strong understanding of manufacturing processes, components, development, engineering, validation, quality, logistics and product life cycle management.

As a trained master toolmaker and technician with more than 40 years of professional experience in tool adjustment and design of progressive tools, Hans-Peter has also continuously developed his skills in sales and project management.
During his profession as Key Account Manager, he took care for OEM’s in Automotive and Industrial branch. Based on this experience and excellent training, Hans-Peter is able to offer customers comprehensive technical and commercial sales engineering.
